I usually reserve Mondays for daydreaming, but my brain is so fried by the race to the finish line (Christmas) that I cannot even do that right now! So today I wanted to share with you some festive pictures from my old friend- Cottage Living. Maybe my day dream will be that CL will come back!!!
Oh why can't this be my house? I just don't understand....
One day I will have a dinner party with mini trees on the table, love the idea! Do y'all find that you have these plans for great dinner parties and then by the time you get around to it, it is paper napkins instead of cloth, zero place cards and your everyday dinnerware? Seriously, I am going to try to work on that...(not that there is anything wrong with going casual)
So sweet, flowers as ornaments....I wish I had done this....
Next year I am going back to old school, big color lights, sorry PHS....

Oh I am still mourning the loss of CL!! They had such fresh ideas. I have been going back thru my old issues and I find things I really didn't notice before. I will not be throwing them out! I love the tree in the basket and the square wreath and the simple green door garlands.
Oh I'm sad about CL as well. It was one of my favorites to receive every month. I loved everything in it.
I love those burlap stockings in one of the pictures. So cute. My brain is fried as well. It took me a long time to even think of something to post about. Ah! I hate when that happens.
P.S. I'm going to take pictures tonight of my paint can give away we discussed. I think it came out really cute.
Can't wait to see the paint can, I am sure it looks great!
