At What Age....

Can you no longer wear a dress like this?I think I am past that age unless it is New Years Eve or something (even then I am not sure). My next question is, why wasn't this around when I could wear things like this? I love a good sequin. ( I do wear sequins shamelessly but just not this LOUD)

***One time in a business class in college a lady came to speak to us. She was a V.I.P. in a fortune 500 company and because I am blessed with this memory I cannot remember who she was. What I can remember though is this very powerful woman telling us that no matter how old you get, or how successful you become or where your life takes you, when good things happen to you your Mom will be one of the first people you call because you want her to be proud of you and when bad things happen she will still be one of the first people you will call because Mothers can make things right others cannot.

Well I couldn't agree more. So, I would like to wish the most wonderful woman in my life a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

*Little known fact about me- I LOVE Dolly Parton, seriously love her. I don't know what it is, I think she probably reminds me of summers spent at Dollywood with my Grandparents which are some of the best memories. Or maybe that she marches to the beat of her own drum and can poke fun at herself. Anyhoo, of all the famous people in the world I would want to meet her. She just seems so sweet and genuinely nice. Okay, enough crazy for one day...

High Gloss

I think I have mentioned before that I really like receiving Daily Bible Verses, it is nice to wake up in the morning with a verse. Here are three that have been used recently that have grabbed me.

Top It Off
