Not A Bad Place To Work

My future sister-in-law sent me an article featuring the headquarters of Urban Outfitters, which also houses Anthropologie and Free People (I know, 3 very creative lines under one roof). While I love working for myself, I really think I could be very happy working here every day....The U.O. campus is located in five buildings in an old ship yard, I love that idea.
I appreciate beautiful organization...
I seriously feel short changed somehow right now, I swear I was born to work in these offices! The full article can be found at Metropolismag.com and is definitely worth a read for those interested in design. Thanks Jen!

Architectural Inspiration In An Unexpected Place

When the latest Anthropologie catalog came I found myself captivated with the architecture even more than the clothes. The repetition in this photo is gorgeous....
Just had to throw this in because I love the color...
I could wake up here.
A very special doorway indeed.
And for all the blue lovers out there...

Speaking of Cajun Country....

Busy day so this is going to be short and sweet. My favorite Cajun gave me many of my first decorating books, including this one...I know most of you probably need another coffee table like you need a hole in your head, but if you are like me you just can't help yourself. What? I am addicted.
This book featuring the work of famous architect A. Hays Town, is an interesting look into a fascinating life.....
Not only is it full of interiors and exteriors that are classics, it also has many images that are stunning by themselves.

Are there other books I simply must have? I would love to hear some favorites!
