Remember this sofa from this post?
Well it is supposed to be mine. I can see it perfectly in our next house standing out against all whites and grays. Problem is that the "next house" is not on the horizon and there is not a place for it in our tiny home now. Sigh.
So why I am depressing myself all over again? Because the other day I was in Mitchell Gold in Nashville and this sofa along with others are on sale, GREAT SALE! If I had not been with my father who rationalized with me this would probably be sitting on top of our dining room table right now. So, if I can't have it, I at least want someone I like to have it, it needs a good home.

Oh, how I have enjoyed my stay here at Haven and Home! Your blog is just yummy! I will be back soon and I'm now a follower. Please visit me as well and find the same hospitality. Gorgeous blue sofa! Stacy Mayer
I am glad to know someone else out there lives by the philosophy..."If I can't have it, so be it. I just want to to go to a home that loves it just as much as I do." In my shop, I get soooo attached to pieces and love when they get to go live in an amazing home.
Love this sofa! Sorry you couldn't take it home with you!
Would love that one too, don't suppose they deliver to Australia.
I have always loved that sofa. LOVE the rich blue color, and the trim is a must have. Beautiful!
I couldn't believe it when I opened my box and saw your comment--excitement! Thank you so much for stopping by and letting me know you were there. :)
Dang! I wish I had a need for it! It's goooorgeous! And in Nashville!
LOVE that sofa. What a great blog!
I wish I could have that sofa too but like yours mine would be sitting on top of a table as well. It is a beauty though!
When were you in Nashville?? You betta call me when you come back! Although I can't say I'd be the one talking you out of this sofa... It's fab.
Ugh, if only I had the money in the budget!!!
But I'm like you with things I love - I hope that whoever takes them home appreciate them as much as I do! And that if I can't have it, I hope somebody else loves it and takes it home!
I could use it. Do you know if it is comfortable? I'll have to check it out as part of The Great Couch Hunt.
