Thank You Camila!

Image Better Home & Garden

The truly fabulous Camila at High-Heeled Foot in the Door asked me to be part of her weekly series "In Her Shoes". I was so touched she thought of me and I would like to thank her again for including me. See what an average day in my life is like HERE.

*That is not my actual office, I only wish it was. Sigh.

More come in a little while.

I know you probably don't think so, but to someone like me (who also wants to break into the design world), your day sounds absolutely fantastic!
I suppose it's an occupational hazard to become attached to clients, but I personally think it's a plus for you. Too many designers come across as aloof - just interested in the business end of it - If I were your client, your apparent kindness, and interest in me and my family would make me recommend you EVEN more!!

Congrats on the great feature!

That was such a fun interview to read! My mom is an interior designer, so I completely familiar with the "something going wrong" aspect of the business. Still, even when dealing with that problem, it sounds like your days are pretty fantastic!

Marianne,
I just read that post! Loved it so much!! You are adorable, and so beautiful, I love the way you made it so personal with the shoes and everything! And I do exactly the same thing, on the floor with everything spread out!!
You are a talented designer!
