Horsing Around-Thanksgiving Wrap Up Part 2

Last week we went to dinner over at my friend Erin's house (who is an interior designer) and when we walked in I was instantly in love. The West Elm rug, the hand stenciled wall and the large chess pieces. I thought they were great.....Then I saw these...
I am obsessed. These fun pieces are part of a large scale set salvaged by her husband that she painted white, they are fabulous! I must have had horses on the brain because everywhere I went after that they were popping up.

First spotting was in Z Gallerie, I love the detail on the saddle, well done.

I have always been drawn to these pillows by Thomas Paul

Then there is this one from Wisteria, pretty in its own way. Rustic, simple, charming.

Can't forget about Jonathon Adler, reinventor of the horse...

Although looking back through some old pictures I guess I was enticed by the traditional animal starting with this find in Birmingham...
Not typically my style but for some reason they grab me....

What a beautiful home! It had me at first glance. I love those chess pieces and the use of gray!

Amazing!
