This harlem home of Elaine Griffin is the perfect example of an eclectic interior to me. Also, one day I will have owl andirons from a Parisian flea market.and I really want a large striped rug at the moment....

Add It To My Favorites

I happened upon this room on Elle Decor and fell in love...
Turns out this haven belongs to Cindy Crawford thanks to Michael S. Smith. It is one of my new favorites.

Where It Started...

Since yesterday I posted photos from the SATC2 set I thought today it would only be fitting to look at Candace Bushnell's house, since without her there would be no Sex and the City....I hope you have a fabulous holiday weekend!!!

New York Dreaming

I love looking at movie sets so I was very excited to see the set of SATC2 on Elle Decor.
(Fran if you are reading this do you recognize the headboard fabric? Hint- living room pillows)
I love the brown side and the white side above. Of course who can forget the original closet...
and the bedroom from the first Sex and the City movie..

Moving In With Meg

The June Issue of Elle Decor is full of inspiring spaces, definitely worth a read. For example, Meg Ryan's home on Martha's Vineyard....
I am loving all the lighting and dark windows.

Designer's Own Home- Phillip Gorrivan

I love to peek into designers homes and see how they surround themselves on a daily basis. Over Christmas I finally got to catch up on some reading and I was thrilled to see Elle Decor had Phillip Gorrivan, a favorite of mine since his fabric line for Highland Court. The sofa below is out of a fabric I have been dying to use since I first saw it, I love seeing it on a big piece. How cool are the bedroom ceilings?

Speaking of ceilings, this bedroom has a fabulous one, be sure to peek into the magazine. Goose feather pendant from Paris for a child's room? Yes please.
Love Love Love.
My love for heavy textured fabric is no secret, needless to say it was love at first sight when I saw these fabrics. Here are just a few.....

Monday's Are For...Online Shopping

I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and weekend. I had a great, relaxing visit to Mississippi but unfortunately came down with something that I still can't shake. So needless to say I wish I was here.....Or here....
It is back to work time though and since it is "Cyber Monday" I know a lot of people will shopping from work. My online shopping started early when I stumbled across FCL Style the other day and I loved everything I saw. Of course I knew I was in for some good finds when the categories were divided into Bohemian, Classique, Creme Fraiche, Country Chic, Naturelle. Here are just a few items that caught my eye...

What are you shopping for today?
