Call Of The Wild-What Do You Think?

I was flipping through what will surely be one of my new go-to wallpaper books yesterday when I thought, "Ohhh, zebra, so fun!".  The very next second I thought, "Wait....is this really so fun or I am so emerged in all things design my compass is off?"
Soooo, I thought I would ask you!  Thoughts?

I like it! Definitely because of the colors. You almost don't realize it's zebra. I would love to know if you use it!

I think it looks fantastic! I'd probably only be able to take in in a semi-small space but definitely LOVE it!

I agree with the above comments- I really like it, especially in that neutral color scheme! I also like what you said regarding checking your "style compass." I think it's important for all of us to do from time to time. I wish many of the designers on TV would; so many of them I start out really liking, but after a time they start to get so "out there," as if trying to justify their presence on the screen. Oh well!

Ok in one, small space only in a home - maybe a powder room?

I would for sure use this one. Really love it, but honestly not in such a small space. Maybe a home office, or a dining room that needs to be kept on the lighter side or even better yet in a lovely dressing room!

I like it in the muted palette- The pattern is more subdued but still very fun.

Definitely hot in the grey tones-- but will also be way over in a couple of years. Wallpaper is such a commitment, better to go classic on the walls, go nuts on the floor/pillows. I actually love the gold zebra print cowhides that run around $500, and sometimes show up on Overstock for a couple hundred.

i'm surprised to find myself really liking it in neutral tones - I also think it might make a nice pattern for a headboard or panel.

It *is* fun, and this look has been growing on me, much to my surprise. In this muted color, the pattern reads very differently than if it were black and white -- more like a chevron or a computer-generated pattern. I think that is what makes it work so well.
