Okay, first of all, who out there does not love a good painted floor? I know I can't get enough of them. So naturally I loved this floor I saw on Birds of a Feather. The floor got even better when I read the pattern was picked as a tongue-in-cheek design to convey her feelings on constantly being in the laundry room. You know how I love humor in design. I highly suggest going over to check out this great before and after.
Have a great weekend! I hope it is not spent in the laundry room (unless it looks like this then that wouldn't be so bad).

WOW! I wish my laundry room looked like that. The floor is amazing and the green window dressing gives it a pop of color. Thanks for sharing!

Gosh I wish I had time for neat projects like that. I like the mirror too... Have a great weekend!
Whose laundry room is this clean? I know that I have 5 kids...which means NEVER ENDING laundry, but seriously!
Wow! Are you sure this is a laundry room????
How glamourous!

What a great laundry room! I love seeing more and more pay attention to a space that used to get neglected. Every corner of your home deserves a wonderful touch and really, a place like a laundry room that can also feel like a cubical needs attention too. xo
That one is a all time favorite...pinning it now :)
Oh wow, I love this floor...what a fantastic job! I HATE laundry with a passion but this could make it a tad more palatable! (Phillip Jeffries has a similar pattern available on grasscloth that I love too.)
BTW, I've got a giveaway for Thom Felicia bedding going on through tomorrow. Would love for you to stop over.
Why not make your laundry room pretty - we all spend way too much time in there, right?
xoxo Laura

Gorgeous laundry room! And I also love the humor in this very chic design! I love that she made- what can be a forgotten room in design- a lovely, beautiful space! :)
SO pretty!! I want to paint our screened in porch floor this spring! This is DEFINITELY inspiration! :)
I love it, that's so funny, I've never thought to add a pattern with a back story. Love the pop of orange too.
Marianne, thank you so much for the sweet post about my laundry room. All of the comments have made it worth while! I love your blog and am enjoying visits from your readers. Thanks again!
