I am pretty sure some of these images have made an appearance on this blog before but who's counting right? When I came back across this showhouse on Veranda by Charlotte Moss I felt inspired all over again...Ahhhh! All the details are making my head spin. The frames above, the striped sofa, the little lamp all on my "want" list. Below, it is just so clean...and gray...but with color...and sharp...I am in loveee.
Never get tired of you...
Ahhhhh! Again! I really need, yes need not just want, one of these newpaper holders in my office.
Those walls, the color and texture of that sofa....

Hi Marianne,
You could DIY the newspaper holder with a small diameter curtain rod or a towel bar.
These images are fantastic! I love Charlotte Moss. Traditional with so much punch and style. It's all in those details, and like you noted, the contrast. I think her style is very similar to yours. You have that same great eye. Thanks for more inspiring images of tasteful, traditional with interest. It just goes to show, you don't have to make a room look like a trendy boutique hotel to have that "pop."
I thought I knew the origin of those tiles --- I still miss Charlotte's nyc shop. It was my go to on visits to the city.
What a beautiful home! I love the newspaper/magazine racks as well - oh, and the sofa in the last photo. Wow!
Marianne, I need/want that wall paper! Do know where I can get it?
wow. those deep walls are so pretty....im loving this post.
I really love those green lampshades against that cement color in the picture with the newspaper holders!! Going to show my husband for inspiration for our study. I'm very gently trying to steer him away from a literal golf-theme.... ;-)
Thanks for sharing them!
Absolute prettiness!! Lovelyyyy blog and photos!! Following you for more! :)
Love the touches of green.

There's your love of stripes showing up again in that first photo!
love loving your inspiration rooms. Especially loving the last two pics.
WOW
like the newspaper idea! you could do that with a curtain rod. I might need on of those for my ever growing stack of magazines and drawings....you've got my wheels spinning!
