Hanging With Ralph

Wouldn't it be nice to live in Mr. Lauren's world?Surrounded by beautiful fabrics...
I love the bottom of this bench-
Sipping champagne on my striped sofa...
Don't get me started on my love for pinstripe upholstery....and then there is the pillow on top of that...sigh.
See this could be me right?
Love everything about this chair but did you see the books in the background?

The pics you chose are so "Ralph". And I am totally taken with the books...what are they covered with and how long does it take to cover each one? And how do you know the title behind the spine? Have a great day. Thanks for stopping by from time to time at my site...Maurie GraciousInteriors.blogspot.com

I absolutely adore Ralph Lauren's classic, timeless and good looking textiles, furniture and lighting. His stripes are some of the best...my first stop whenever I'm looking for stripes!

When I lived in NYC I worked for 2 of RL's clothing lines as a fabric color analyst, it was a lot of work but a lot of fun, and the clothing allowance was the best part!!

These blue and white designs just say summer, don't they? Love that sofa in the second photo - it would look gorgeous in a seaside retreat.

Oh, most definitely! My first splurge purchase after I graduated college and had my first apartment was Ralph Lauren bedding.

I couldn't agree more Marianne and I wouldn't mind sporting his tan too. I have been away from blogging for several weeks now & I'm the one who must catch-up. I was so pleased to hear from you but also sad to read your news too. I wish I could give your mom a hug & tell her I care. Her role is such a tough one and one that takes a toll that only she the caregiver can only truly understand. I hope that she will get some help so in the end she can be the daughter only. Thank you for letting me know & I will continue to pray for your family. All my best to you and yours Marianne. xx deb
