I know JCPenney is a secret source for some but I still can't get behind JCP. Well, the other day I was forced to kill time in there (long story), and I must admit, I was loving some items in Cindy Crawford's line....
I almost bought these and now I really wish I had....
And while I was there I actually bought the blue geometric pillow and it looks great....

I never think to go there, but I like all the items you featured! Maybe I should be more open minded :)
I do go there...secretly, of course!!!
I like all of the patterns, but that serving tray really caught my eye!
seriously, Jacques Pennet (jcpenny) is so often overlooked for some good finds in their home department, and i am guilty also of forgetting to look there! I also found some incredibly awesome barstools one year at Montgomery Ward.
We got so much stuff for our cabin there it would blow your mind. Just like getting dressed in the am, not everything has to be designer, toss in some $10 side panels and BOOM. Now I wish I would have gone there before spending 5x the price on slip covered sofas from Ethan Allen...oh well, those are pretty comfy. ;)
My scheduled post for Thursday is also about great finds from JCP. Never underestimate them!
I've never really looked at JCP much, but I have been surprised in the past. Thanks for putting them on my radar screen again!
I've been seeing her ads everywhere but never thought to actually look at it- but it looks great. I have to go check out more!
Like so many resources you just have to focus on the good and walk away from the bad! They do have some great deals, a good resource for custom drapes on a budget and affordable hardware. Janell
i love them!!
Great pieces, although it is the last place I think to go also. Hope your doing great Marianne. =)
Get it Penney's! My mom used to buy us your standard cotton panties there when we were little girls. They've improved!
I know exactly what you are talking about and I almost bought that tray yesterday! I thought the price, even on sale, was a bit much. It seems their style for bedding and drapes never really changes. I think they need to amp things up a bit.
