Quiet Time- A New Year

Image Here

"For I know the plans I have for you," says the LORD. "They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope." Jeremiah 29:11

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

"Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean. Your filth will be washed away, and you will no longer worship idols. And I will give you a new heart with new and right desires, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony heart of sin and give you a new, obedient heart. And I will put my Spirit in you so you will obey my laws and do whatever I command.
Ezekiel 36: 25-27

Jeremiah 29:11 has been a favorite verse of mine since I was a teenager. Always great to remember that God has a plan for me and it's better than any plan I can cook up for myself! Looking forward to following your blog in 2010...

Jeremiah 29:11 is my all-time favorite verse that inspires me and my hopes and dreams for my (and my children's) future.

Thanks for also sharing the one from Ezekiel! I'm not as familiar with that one. Perfect for a new year - or new day!

I am now a follower and would love to have you follow me too!

I love Jeremiah 29:11 I've referred to it often over the years trying to figure out what I should be doing with my life. I'm thankful God has lead me to where I am today!
