I think it is the colors, in person they draw you in. However, it really isn't my style and I didn't think about using it in my home until I saw this picture of Barrie Benson's home. How fun are those chairs?
Ever since then I have had the print somewhere in the back of my head. So I was happy to stumble across these on Etsy.
At $90 for the pair they are a great deal from Designer Cushions (as is everything on Etsy).

Fun print. Plus if you are not completely sold on it using it in pillows is the way to go. Less money than curtains and it can always been switched out.
You must go on to Pink Wallpaper's blog today. She used that fabric on a chair today.
too funny...i totally understand- at first glance i thought, this isn't me but seeing it in a less traditional setting had me convinced. love the pillows!
I love it too, but it's sooooo not "my style" either. I bought some on e-bay on a whim (about a yard and a half) and I've been holding out for the perfect way to use it ...
