I had to wish a Happy First Birthday to our dog Harry, who was our "first wedding anniversary" gift to each other (a little late). We got him at the Humane Society and he was "on sale" since he was past the "new puppy" stage. He is the best $85 we ever spent. Since I work from home several days a week, he is the best coworker I could ask for!
There are many more lovable animals looking for a good home. Please visit your local Humane Society or if you are in the Birmingham area go HERE.

Aw, he is so cute! I want a dog so bad, I seriously ask for one everyday but, its just so hard not being home during the day- I would feel awful leaving a dog home alone that long
adorable! shelter pups are the best!
awwwww what a cutie :)
awww he is soo cute!
I miss Harry! Haven't seen him in awhile. Dogs are so wonderful... don't know what I would do without Tanner! :)
Oh, he is so cute! Happy birthday to him. Both of my dogs are from the local shelter--juts wish I could take them all home.
What a cutie!!
what a cutie!!
Look at that face!! He belongs on my cute faces post :)
What a sweet boy! And how wonderful that he was a rescue pup; on Valentine's Day my husband and I visited a Humane Society adoption event, which was such a heartbreaking thing... I wanted to walk out with all of them (but since our two dogs are currently living with my parents while we are in the midst of our move, walking out with even one wasn't really an option.)
Harry(known as a few other things around the Miranda Family) is a cute doggie! You need to bring him over to "play" with Nonny (also known as a few other things) again sometime!
