Sometimes It Takes A Week

Hello blog friends! I promise I will be back regularly soon but I am learning that everything takes a lot longer when you have a two week old baby. For example, it took me a week (even with great help) to finally paint my nails which I had wanted to do since I bought this new polish....
I must say though, it was worth the wait, love the very deep teal.

  3. Beautiful nail color! Adjusting to a new baby does take some time. Don't worry though; you'll get into the swing of things soon enough!

  5. I remember those days. You take your time. And I love that polish. Might have to grab that one next time I'm at Target.

  6. Good to know. I have tried a lot of her line but not her nail polish.

  7. I think that's one of the things no one really can explain before you have a baby. It took me a year to get a pedicure that a friend gifted me while I was on my maternity leave. Time just becomes more precious/busy!

  8. The "epiphany" that I had when I had my first baby was that I couldn't believe how much time I had to paint my fingernails and toenails and read magazines pre-baby. You'll get it back.....I have three kids....and perfectly painted finger and toenails I might add! Hang in there and keep your fingernails on your priority list! :)
